By accessing or using the services provided by Nourish with Elena ("the Practice"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access the website or book services.
Nourish with Elena provides personalized nutrition coaching and dietary guidance delivered by a Registered Dietitian. Our services are intended for general wellness and educational purposes and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or before making significant changes to your diet.
You must be at least 18 years of age to book and use our services independently. Clients under 18 may participate with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on their behalf.
Sessions must be booked in advance via the scheduling system. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Discovery calls are complimentary and may be rescheduled once without penalty.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are listed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase for unused packages. Partially used packages are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Practice in cases of documented medical emergencies.
All personal and health information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law or necessary for your care with your permission.
All content on this website — including text, images, meal plans, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Nourish with Elena. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Materials shared during coaching are for your personal use only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourish with Elena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on any information provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts.
